Dear All,

Dr. Siddhartha Pandey has been invited by XLRI to the first National HR-IR Conference on 3rd and 4th December, 2016 as a part of the speaker panel.

The theme for the conference this year is DYNAMICS OF HR-IR: REALIGNING SKILLS, SYSTEMS AND PRACTICES IN THE FACE OF GLOBALISATION.

He will at  panel discussion on the topic Socio-political and Economic Implications of Globalization on the Labour Force. With his extensive experience in the field and exposure to the ongoing changes in a dynamic talent domain, XLRI has invited to share his thoughts on the same.
