Kolkata, 13 August 2026 — As India celebrates its 80th Independence Day, the spirit of freedom, ambition and nation-building came alive at Loreto Convent, Entally, where Dr. Siddhartha Pandey, CEO of HRD India, engaged with school students as part of the Kal Ke CEO™ Orientation Programme.

The orientation was designed to introduce young minds to the world of entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation and future-ready skills. Interacting with aspiring students, Dr. Pandey shared his views on the importance of developing an entrepreneurial mindset from an early age and encouraged students to look beyond conventional career paths.

During his interaction with the students, Dr. Siddhartha Pandey shared his perspective on why entrepreneurial thinking needs to be introduced at a young age.
